I know you are, but what am I?

UPDATE: Prints are now available on my print store!

This month, over at Planet Pulp, the monthly theme is Tim Burton, and the other artists have really been knocking it out of the park! (Seriously, go check it out, here’s the link again.) I really wanted to get in on the action, so I put together an homage to Burton’s first feature film: Pee Wee’s Big Adventure. I hadn’t seen it in years, so I watched it while I was working on the piece, and it is hilarious! I really liked it as a kid, but I totally didn’t get it. Well, I suppose I “got” the stuff aimed at kids, but I had no idea there was another level of humor beyond a silly man in a silly suit and a silly voice. This piece took me a bit longer than I’d anticipated (bikes are really hard to draw), but it was a LOT of fun!
